I’d like to know it IT (information Technology) job in following insurance company is allowed, according to Quran & Sunnah or not?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
All forms of commercial insurances comprise of interest(Riba), gambling (Qimaar) and uncertainty(Gharar), all of which are prohibited. Therefore commercial insurances are not permissible in Shari’ah.
It appears that the company’s major source of income is from insurance. If so, your income will not be permissible, even though you are employed in the IT department and not directly involved in insurance related transactions.
We advise you seek another job that is compliant with Shari’ah.
