Allah \ufdfb mentions in the beginning of Surah an-Nisaa:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0648\u0627\u062a\u0642\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0630\u064a \u062a\u0633\u0627\u0621\u0644\u0648\u0646 \u0628\u0647 \u0648\u0627\u0644\u0623\u0631\u062d\u0627\u0645<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Fear Allah through Whom you ask (for things and take promises) from each other and (fear breaking) family ties. Surely, Allah is Ever an All\u00ad Watcher over you.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He \ufdfb also mentions in another verse in Surah an-Nisaa: {Ayah: 36}<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0648\u0627\u0639\u0628\u062f\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0648\u0644\u0627 \u062a\u0634\u0631\u0643\u0648\u0627 \u0628\u0647 \u0634\u064a\u0626\u0627 \u0648\u0628\u0627\u0644\u0648\u0627\u0644\u062f\u064a\u0646 \u0625\u062d\u0633\u0627\u0646\u0627 \u0648\u0628\u0630\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0631\u0628\u0649&#8230;&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Worship Allah, ascribe none as partner to him and show kindness to parents relatives\u2026\u2026<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Imam Muslim reports in his Sahih on the authority Abu Hurayrah (r.a) that when the verse;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>\u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u0630\u0650\u0631\u0652 \u0639\u064e\u0634\u0650\u064a\u0631\u064e\u062a\u064e\u0643\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0623\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0628\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e<\/strong> <strong>\u201c<\/strong><em>and warn (Oh Muhammad),your closest kindred<\/em>\u201d was revealed the Prophet \ufdfa, He called all the clans of Quraish and warned them, in his warning\u00a0 he said;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0641\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0646\u0651\u0650\u064a \u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0644\u0650\u0643\u064f \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0645\u0650\u0646\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0650 \u0634\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0626\u064b\u0627\u060c \u063a\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0631\u064e \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0631\u064e\u062d\u0650\u0645\u064b\u0627 \u0633\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0628\u064f\u0644\u0651\u064f\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0628\u0650\u0628\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0650\u0647\u064e\u0627<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>I cannot avail you anything before Allah, but I will uphold the ties of kinship with you.<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In another Hadith reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim, Asmaa (r.a), the daughter of Abu Bakr (r.a) said to the Messenger of Allah \ufdfa;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u064a\u0627 \u0631\u0633\u0648\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u00a0 \u0625\u0646 \u0623\u0645\u064a \u0642\u062f\u0645\u062a \u0639\u0644\u064a \u0648\u0647\u064a \u0631\u0627\u063a\u0628\u0629 \u0623\u0641\u0623\u0635\u0644\u0647\u0627 \u061f \u0642\u0627\u0644 \u0646\u0639\u0645! \u0635\u0644\u064a\u0647\u0627<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Oh Messenger of Allah<\/em><em>!<\/em> <em>My mother came to me while she was still a polytheist, so I asked the Prophet \ufdfa, &#8220;Should I treat her kindly? He replied, Yes! Threat her kindly.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The aforementioned clearly shows the importance of maintaining family relations irrespective to whether they are Muslims or not. We are instructed to be kind, merciful, affectionate and caring towards them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">There are great rewards and merits in strengthening and maintaining family ties, consider the following Ahaadith;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Imam al-Bukhari reports on the authority of Abu Hurayrah (r.a) that the Prophet \ufdfa said;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0648\u0645\u0646 \u0643\u0627\u0646 \u064a\u0624\u0645\u0646 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0648\u0627\u0644\u064a\u0648\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0622\u062e\u0631 \u0641\u0644\u064a\u0635\u0644 \u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>And<\/em> <em>whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him maintain the bonds of kinship. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Imam al-Bukhari reports on the authority of Anas (r.a) that the Prophet \ufdfa said;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0645\u0646 \u0623\u062d\u0628 \u0623\u0646 \u064a\u0628\u0633\u0637 \u0644\u0647 \u0641\u064a \u0631\u0632\u0642\u0647 \u060c \u0648\u064a\u0646\u0633\u0623 \u0644\u0647 \u0641\u064a \u0623\u062b\u0631\u0647 \u060c \u0641\u0644\u064a\u0635\u0644 \u0631\u062d\u0645\u0647<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Whoever loves that he would be granted more sustenance and that his life span would be prolonged, then he should unite his ties of kinship.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Imam Muslim reports on the authority of Aishah (r.a) that the Prophet \ufdfa said;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645 \u0645\u062a\u0639\u0644\u0642\u0629 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0639\u0631\u0634 \u062a\u0642\u0648\u0644\u00a0 \u0645\u0646 \u0648\u0635\u0644\u0646\u064a \u0648\u0635\u0644\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u060c \u0648\u0645\u0646 \u0642\u0637\u0639\u0646\u064a \u0642\u0637\u0639\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>The tie of kinship is suspended to the Throne and says: He who unites me Allah would unite him and he who severs me Allah would sever him<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Imam at-Tirmidhi reports on the authority of Abdullah bin Salaam (r.a) that from the first speeches I heard from the Messenger of Allah \ufdfa was;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u064a\u0623\u064a\u0647\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0627\u0633 \u0623\u0641\u0634\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645 \u0623\u0637\u0639\u0645\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0637\u0639\u0627\u0645 \u0648\u0635\u0644\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0631\u062d\u0627\u0645 \u0648\u0635\u0644\u0648\u0627 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0644\u064a\u0644 \u0648\u0627\u0644\u0646\u0627\u0633 \u0646\u064a\u0627\u0645 \u060c \u062a\u062f\u062e\u0644\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u062c\u0646\u0629 \u0628\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>O people, exchange greetings of peace (i.e., say: As-Salamu &#8216;Alaikum to one another), feed people, strengthen the ties of kinship, and be in prayer when others are asleep, you will enter Jannah in peace.&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Regarding your question, it is not permissible for you to attend their funerals, places of worship, to pray for their forgiveness and mercy and to seek their entrance into Jannah as this is strictly prohibited. The reason being is that, they died upon disbelief.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Allah, the All Mighty \ufdfb clearly instructs us in the Quran;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e \u0644\u0650\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0628\u0650\u064a\u0651\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0630\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u0622\u0645\u064e\u0646\u064f\u0648\u0627\u0652 \u0623\u064e\u0646 \u064a\u064e\u0633\u0652\u062a\u064e\u063a\u0652\u0641\u0650\u0631\u064f\u0648\u0627\u0652 \u0644\u0650\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0634\u0652\u0631\u0650\u0643\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0648\u0652 \u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064f\u0648\u0627\u0652 \u0623\u064f\u0648\u0652\u0644\u0650\u064a \u0642\u064f\u0631\u0652\u0628\u064e\u0649 \u0645\u0650\u0646 \u0628\u064e\u0639\u0652\u062f\u0650 \u0645\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0628\u064e\u064a\u0651\u064e\u0646\u064e \u0644\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0623\u064e\u0635\u0652\u062d\u064e\u0627\u0628\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062c\u064e\u062d\u0650\u064a\u0645\u0650<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>It is not for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah\u2019s Forgiveness for the Mushrikin (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Allah \ufdfb mentions in another verse of the Quran:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u0648\u0644\u0627 \u062a\u0635\u0644 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0623\u062d\u062f \u0645\u0646\u0647\u0645 \u0645\u0627\u062a \u0623\u0628\u062f\u0627 \u0648\u0644\u0627 \u062a\u0642\u0645 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0642\u0628\u0631\u0647 \u0625\u0646\u0647\u0645 \u0643\u0641\u0631\u0648\u0627 \u0628\u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0648\u0631\u0633\u0648\u0644\u0647 \u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a\u0648\u0627 \u0648\u0647\u0645 \u0641\u0627\u0633\u0642\u0648\u0646<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>And do not pray [the funeral prayer, O Muhammad], over any of them who has died \u2013 ever \u2013 or stand at his grave. Indeed, they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger and died while they were defiantly disobedient.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As for offering condolences to your Non-Muslim relatives and expressing your sympathy, the Islamic Jurists have stated that it is permissible with the condition that you do not utter any statement with is tantamount Kufr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is stated in Al-Bahr al-Ra&#8217;iq and Tabyin al-Haqa&#8217;iq:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If a Non-Muslim dies, one may say to the relative of the deceased;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>May the All Mighty recompense you with something better and honour you with Islam<\/em>.<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In conclusion, it is not permissible for a Muslim to partake in funeral processions of the disbelievers as it is associated with their rituals and worship. Even though Islam strongly emphasizes the importance of maintaining and strengthening family relations, it has also set limits and bounds that must not be violated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>NB<\/strong>: Constantly show gratitude and thanks to Allah \ufdfb for guiding you towards Islam. Furthermore, show your relatives the beauty of Islam and invite them towards it then ask Allah \ufdfb for their guidance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color:
