Is this a Hadith or a Bidah<strong>?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>As-sal\u0101mu \u2018alaykum wa-rahmatull\u0101hi wa-barak\u0101tuh.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We haven&#8217;t come across a hadith that mentions the practice of The Prophet \ufdfa walking forty steps after meals. Without any evidence from the reliable books of Hadith, such an act cannot be regarded as a Sunnah or an act of worship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">However such practices may be adopted simply for health reasons.
