Asslamu Alaikum ,<\/span><\/p>\n

Jazakallah, Alhamdulillah I got answer of my earlier question.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am working, my boss allows me one Jummah in masjid in the month. I offer one jummah in Masjid alhadulliah and leave two jummah then I offer fourth jummah in masjid. I offered zuhar whenever I left my jummah in masjid. Otherwise Alhamdulliha I offered all the Salah timely.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please suggest me what is shariyah applicable on me. Is it right to do or not. Should I leave my job or fight to get all jummah Salahs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jumu\u2019ah Salah is an obligation of Deen. It is not permissible for any Muslim to leave out Jumu\u2019ah without a valid excuse in Sahri\u2019ah. There are severe warnings mentioned against those who leave out Jumu\u2019ah Salah intentionally.<\/span><\/p>\n

It has been mentioned on the authority of Jaabir (Radhiyallahu Anhu) that Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, \u201c\u2026Verily Allah Ta\u2019ala has made Jumu\u2019ah obligatory upon you on this very day, in this month of this year, till the day of Qiyamah. The one who leaves out this Salaah during my lifetime or after I have left this world, whether he has a just or unjust ruler, taking this commandment lightly or not accepting the commandment, Allah will create disunity in him, he will have misfortune in all his doings. No Salaah of his will be accepted, no Zakaat of his will be accepted, no Haj of his will be accepted, no fasting of his will be accepted and no good deed of his will be accepted until he repents. Allah Ta\u2019ala forgives the one who seeks for forgiveness\u2026\u201d. (Sunan Ibn Majah Hadith 1081)<\/span><\/p>\n

It has been reported on the authority of Abul Ja\u2019ad Al Dhumari (Radhiyallahu Anhu) that Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said, \u201cAllah Ta\u2019ala seals the heart of that person who misses out three Jumu\u2019ahs due to negligence. (Sunan an-Nasa’i Hadith 1370)<\/span><\/p>\n

It is understood from the severity of the warnings in the Ahadith that is necessary to request from your employer sufficient time off to perform Jumu\u2019ah Salah on Fridays. It is not permissible to miss three out of four Jumu\u2019ah Salahs every month due to your employer\u2019s restrictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

If there is no possibility of acquiring time off for Jumu\u2019ah Salah in your current job, then you will have to find an alternative job that would facilitate your Jumu\u2019ah Salah.<\/span><\/p>\n
