Allah <strong>\ufdfb<\/strong> says in the Quran, Surah Al Ahzab: 33<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0648\u064e\u0642\u064e\u0631\u0652\u0646\u064e \u0641\u0650\u064a \u0628\u064f\u064a\u064f\u0648\u062a\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0646\u064e\u0651 \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u0628\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0651\u062c\u0652\u0646\u064e \u062a\u064e\u0628\u064e\u0631\u064f\u0651\u062c\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u062c\u064e\u0627\u0647\u0650\u0644\u0650\u064a\u064e\u0651\u0629\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0623\u064f\u0648\u0644\u064e\u0649&#8230;<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2026Remain in your homes, and do not display (your) beauty as it used to be displayed in the days of earlier ignorance; \u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for women working in Islam, it is permitted for a woman to earn a Halal livelihood within the confines of the Shari\u2019ah. There are many jobs and other sources of revenue that a woman can achieve within the four walls of her home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having said that, it will be permissible for a Muslim woman to be a speech therapist provided that she stays within the confines of the Shari\u2019ah during her practice. Her services should be offered to women and children alone whether she is self-employed or not. If she is has to seek employment from the government or another organization, she should make a request for her to work with women and children alone citing religious reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not permissible at all for a Muslim woman to work with non-mahram men. However, in a dire situation where there is no father, husband or brother financially attending to her needs and she has no alternative means of income, only then there will be a leeway to take such a job with a few further conditions. They are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>She should observe the laws of Hijab i.e. she should be properly attired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She should control her gaze by not staring at the man\u2019s face or his body.
