And Allah commanded the believers as He commanded the Messengers by saying:&#8221; O Messengers, eat of the good things, and do good deeds; verily I am aware of what you do&#8221; (23. 51). And He said: &#8216; 0 those who believe, eat of the good things that We gave you&#8221; (2. 172) He \ufdfa then made a mention of a person who was on long journey, his hair disheveled and covered with dust. He lifts his hand towards the sky (and thus makes the supplication):&#8221; O Lord,0 Lord,&#8221; whereas his food is unlawful, his drink is unlawful, and his clothes are unlawful and his nourishment is unlawful. How can then his supplication be accepted?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is clear from the above Hadith, that the unlawful earnings of a person affect the acceptance of his Ibaadah (worship).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Prophet \ufdfa also mentions in the following Hadith<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064e\u0631\u0652\u0628\u064f\u0648 \u0644\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u064c \u0646\u064e\u0628\u064e\u062a\u064e \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0633\u064f\u062d\u0652\u062a\u064d \u0625\u0650\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0627 \u0643\u064e\u0627\u0646\u064e\u062a\u0652 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u064e\u0651\u0627\u0631\u064f \u0623\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0644\u064e\u0649 \u0628\u0650\u0647\u0650 \u0631\u0648\u0627\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0631\u0645\u0630\u064a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Translation:<\/em><\/strong><em> No flesh (of the body) grows (and is nourished) from Haram except that the Fire is more deserving of it.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the profession of Male Barber, for the majority of the time, his jobs entails doing those actions that violate the laws of Shari\u2019ah. Refer to the following Ahaadith of the Prophet \ufdfa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0639\u0646 \u0627\u0628\u0646 \u0639\u0645\u0631&nbsp; \u0631\u0636\u064a \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u0645\u0627 \u0642\u0627\u0644 \u0646\u0647\u0649 \u0631\u0633\u0648\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647&nbsp; \u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645&nbsp; \u0639\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0642\u064e\u0632\u064e\u0639&#8230;&nbsp; \u0645\u062a\u0641\u0642 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Translation<\/em><\/strong><em>: \u0650Abdullah bin Umar (ra) said that the Prophet \ufdfa prohibited Qaza\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nb<\/strong>: Qaza\u2019 is to shave or cut portion of the hair (of the head) and leave the rest (whether it be the side\/s, right, left, top, front, back etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0648\u0639\u0646 \u0627\u0628\u0646 \u0639\u0645\u0631 \u0623\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0628\u064a \ufdfa \u0631\u0623\u0649 \u0635\u0628\u064a\u0627\u064b \u0642\u062f \u062d\u0644\u0642 \u0628\u0639\u0636 \u0631\u0623\u0633\u0647 \u0648\u062a\u0631\u0643 \u0628\u0639\u0636\u0647\u060c \u0641\u0646\u0647\u0627\u0647\u0645 \u0639\u0646 \u0630\u0644\u0643 \u0648\u0642\u0627\u0644 \u0627\u062d\u0644\u0642\u0648\u0647 \u0643\u0644\u0647\u060c \u0623\u0648 \u0627\u062a\u0631\u0643\u0648\u0647 \u0643\u0644\u0647 (\u0623\u0628\u0648 \u062f\u0627\u0648\u062f)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Translation<\/em><\/strong><em>:<\/em><em> Abdullah bin Umar (ra) said that the Prophet \ufdfa saw a child whom, portion of his head (hair) was shaved\/cut and portion was left (unshaved\/uncut). He \ufdfa then prevented them from such practice. And He \ufdfa said; shave\/cut it (hair of the head) entirely or leave it (uncut\/unshaved) entirely.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is clear from the above mentioned Ahaadith that cutting or shaving portion of the hair and leaving portion is totally prohibited. Both persons will be equally sinful i.e. the one performing the action (barber) and the one whom it is done upon (client). This prohibition also extents to cases where the client is also non-Muslim. And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If however, a person (barber) takes it upon himself that he will only provide haircuts and services which are in compliance to the laws of Shariah then it will be permissible and hence his earnings will be lawful. However, by stipulating such conditions, a barber will not have a viable cliental and as such may not practical.
