I have to do a hysterectomy which will cause bleeding and also I won&#8217;t be able to move or so for a while. Would I have to qadha those salaah missed for the day\/weeks?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jazaakallaah khair<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WaAlaykumus Salaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bleeding due to the hysterectomy will be regarded as Istihaadha (irregular bleeding) and one will still have to perform Salaah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the bleeding (Istihadha) is continuous to such an extent that one does not have sufficient time to complete Salaah after Wudhu, then one will qualify as a Ma\u2019zoor (excused person).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Ma\u2019zoor shall make Wudu for every Fardh Salah. The Wudhu of a Ma\u2019zoor remains valid for the duration of the Salah time. During this time she can read Nafl and Quran.
