Is it permissible for her to dip her feet in a tub or container of water instead of washing? If permissible, can the same container of water be used multiple times (i.e. in multiply wudhu)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Answer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0628\u0633\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u0645\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062d\u064a\u0645<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The washing of the feet is a compulsory act in Wudhu. If the feet is dipped into a container of clean water it would be considered washed and thus the wudhu would be valid. This ruling (of validity) however, is conditional to the foot\/ feet being free from najasaat (ritual impurities) before being dipped into the container. If there are impurities attached to the foot\/feet it would cause the entire water in the container to become impure and as a result taharah (wudhu) would not be achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, if your wife is certain that her foot is free from impurities then this action of washing the feet is allowed due to her condition, otherwise the Sunnah method is washing the feet by pouring water unto it and rubbing with the hands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondly, if the foot\/feet were free from impurities before being dipped into the container the water would remain clean and thus can be used in the upcoming Wudhu.<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A more precautionary method (if possible) is to open the tap allowing the water to flow onto the feet and as such, does not require much effort or pouring water unto the feet using a vessel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
