{"id":2672,"date":"2019-11-06T22:37:02","date_gmt":"2019-11-07T02:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fatwa-tt.com\/?p=2672"},"modified":"2019-11-06T22:37:05","modified_gmt":"2019-11-07T02:37:05","slug":"preforming-salaah-infront-of-the-imam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fatwa-tt.com\/index.php\/preforming-salaah-infront-of-the-imam\/","title":{"rendered":"Preforming Salaah infront of the Imam"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Question:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>assalamu\nalaikum.<br>\ni see for some Salaah, the Imam of Haram does not stand at the kaaba and lead,\nhe stands in elevated floors area (not on the mataaf) behind and leads. so if\nwe are on the mataaf, it means we will be in front of the Imam, will our salaah\nbe valid?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As-sal\u0101mu \u2018alaykum wa-rahmatull\u0101hi wa-barak\u0101tuh.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As far as we know, all Fardh Salaah in the Haram is led from the Mataaf.\nYou may be referring to Taraweeh Salaah, when the Imam stands outside the\nMataaf, due to people making Tawaaf.
