{"id":1037,"date":"2016-04-30T03:42:13","date_gmt":"2016-04-30T03:42:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fatwa-tt.com\/?p=1037"},"modified":"2017-11-08T15:58:33","modified_gmt":"2017-11-08T19:58:33","slug":"it-there-any-special-virtue-for-passing-away-on-friday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fatwa-tt.com\/index.php\/it-there-any-special-virtue-for-passing-away-on-friday\/","title":{"rendered":"Is there any special virtue for passing away on Friday?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Question:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It there any special virtue for passing away on the day of Friday?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>As-sal\u0101mu \u2018alaykum wa-rahmatull\u0101hi wa-barak\u0101tuh.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Abdullah bin Amr narrated that The Messenger of Allah \ufdfa said:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;No Muslim dies on the day of Friday, nor the night of Friday, except that Allah protects him from the trials of the grave.&#8221;( Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1074)<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When the different narrations of this Hadith are taken into consideration, it will be considered Authentic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Death on the night or day of Friday is also a sign from amongst the signs of a good and righteous death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>And Allah Ta\u2019\u0101la Knows Best<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mufti Arshad Ali<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Darul Iftaa, Jaamia Madinatul Uloom (Trinidad)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fatwa-tt.com\"><strong>www.fatwa-tt.com<\/strong><\/a><strong> \/<\/strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"www.jaamia.net\"><strong>www.jaamia.net<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Similar narrations have been reported by Sayyiduna Jabir ibn Abdullah in Hilyatul-Awliya vol.3 pg.181, Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik in Abu Ya\u2019la, Majma al-Zawa\u2019id vol.2 pg.319 and others.
